Everest Audio Inc. respects the privacy of all of our visitors and customers. 

Site visitors:  Browsing our site is done so anonymously.  We do not use cookies to track or gather any information from you. 

Site customers:  Everest Audio collects information from customers that place orders with us, but that information is limited to the information on our order form.  This information is collected through a secure server (via 128 bit Secure Socket Layer technology), kept confidential, and is used for the purposes of fulfilling individual orders. 

Email solicitation:  Customers may voluntarily subscribe to our online mailing list from the “Contact Us” page of our site.  Email will be periodically sent to these customers to provide details regarding special offers, new products, and other information we believe would be of interest to our customers.  At any time, a customer may unsubscribe from our online mailing list in the same manner as they originally subscribed by visiting the “Contact Us” page.  By choosing unsubscribe, this application will automatically remove the email address you specify from our list. 

Note:  We do not rent our sell our customer email lists to anyone.  We reserve the use of your email address as our way of contacting you and will not share that email address with anyone.

Everest Audio’s Return Policy

Everest Audio Inc. provides superior prices and personal service to our customers and therefore returns are strictly at the discretion of management.  There is always a trade-off between balancing price with returns.  Other sites may offer as much as 30-day returns, but they would be unable to do so at the prices we offer.  Returns cost the merchant money and it is often reflected in the pricing of the merchandise.

 If management, at its discretion, allows the return of a product, a store credit will be given for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs.  The return may also be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee after inspection of the product to ensure completeness of packaging and condition.
