Don’t let the name “Basic” fool you. Even though this is GutWire’s introductory interconnect, feel free to compare these with any interconnect. They will not be embarrassed at all; especially considering the price of this cable versus the megabuck interconnects available. Musicality is of the highest order with these cables without feeling you’re missing out on any detail either. Tonal balance is very close to the much more expensive Chime series with only errors of omission compared to GutWire’s more costly cables.
