If you’re in the mood for a pure and intimate recording, this could be right up your alley. This album is a very stripped-down affair with Jeremy Olivier on vocal / guitar and Mike del Ferro on piano. Jeremy Olivier is a known name and has previously collaborated with Hugh Masekela, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, George Benson and more. Mike del Ferro accompanies perfectly to suit the mood of this album that covers a variety of both originals and covers. If you’re at all familiar with the Sound Liaison label, superb recording quality is a given. The recording does an excellent job of capturing the live "you are there" studio sound with spaciousness, delicacy and airiness. Recorded in DXD, this album is available from Sound Liaison in formats ranging from 24/96 FLAC and DSD64 right up to 32/352 DXD and DSD256.
