The bonus of this system is that the AE300 speaker waveguides shape the acoustic output of the tweeter to match the woofer and provide a wider sweet-spot. This is ideal for smaller rooms as it can be more forgiving of placement with great off-axis performance. Connect the Hegel to your home network via Ethernet for simple playback of music streaming sources via Airplay 2, Spotify Connect or UPnP/DLNA. Plus, the Hegel has analogue inputs as well as coaxial and optical digital inputs for connection to other sources. If you want more bass extension than this combo provides, the Hegel also has variable outputs to connect to the subwoofer of your choice such as a JL Audio Dominion d108.
