The newly updated and tweaked Prima-MKII has additional multi-stranded OCC single crystal copper in a litz construction with an isolated silver coated core and LDPE dielectric from Japan. Prima MKII also features a tighter conductor twist before extrusion and are twisted at a higher pitch rate than the previous Prima to meet the performance needed for the most demanding speakers. It also includes new in-house designed copper BFA speaker connectors which use a Delrin socket insulator and 6061 aluminum barrels for optimal sound quality. Spades and locking bananas are available by request.

Zavfino cables go through an ultra sonic cleaning process where the raw copper is run through a super charged water bath to burn away contaminants and impurities on the surface of the wire down to the molecular level. Then, the cable is stranded into bundles and subjected to a high voltage ultra sonic burn-in. This process also has the unique benefit of giving the cables a pre-burn sound that simulates many hours of normal use.
